Canada based, Romanian fighter and WBC SILVER Championship welterweight challenger JO JO DAN will be released on Tuesday, November 29th, from the UNIVERSITY Hospital in Trabzon, Turkey. On Sunday, surgeons successfully repaired his broken jaw suffered Saturday night in the 2nd round of his close 12 rounds UD loss (113-112, 113-112, 115-111) to SELCUK AYDIN.
Our brave boxer fought a very competitive, action packed thrilling bout in front of 5000 mostly local fans of current WBC SILVER Champion, SELCUK AYDIN (Turkey).
Although speech was difficult, JO JO DAN was able to say today: “If the jaw break hadn’t happened, I would have defeated AYDIN. I was immediately aware of my injury but I felt I could continue and win the fight anyway. The official scores proved me wrong but I certainly came close”.
JO JO DAN will fly to Romania on Wednesday, November 30th for a well deserved vacation with his family. He is scheduled to land in Bucharest at 18:30 on a Turkish Airlines flight from Istanbul. Read More

TORONTO (Nov. 30, 2011) – One of the hottest prospects in the world, unbeaten middleweight Michael “The Brazilian Rocky” Oliveira,

The 21-year-old Oliveira is coming off of his impressive Shobox: The Next Generation debut Nov. 11 in El Paso (TX), in which he defeated veteran Xavier “The X-Man” Tolliver (23-8, 15 KOs) by way of an eight-round disqualification that was on the verge of stoppage.
